Guy Maxime

Guy Maxime is a graduate school intern at Florida International University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Florida International University and previously completed his Associate’s degree at Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus.

Currently in the process of transitioning careers, Guy brings over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Through that work, he cultivated a strong sense of professionalism, customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills qualities he now carries into the mental health field.

Mental health is his passion. By pursuing this career path, he seeks to further develop the clinical skills and knowledge necessary to support individuals effectively. His personal life experiences have taught him that change can begin with a single decision, yet true growth often requires time, commitment, and intentional effort. Guy is dedicated to helping individuals not only achieve personal victories but also maintain and build upon their successes.
