Odlene Pierre

Odlene Pierre earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Florida International University in December 2021. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Social Work at the same institution, focusing on counseling and therapy. Her practical experiences include conducting family assessments, crisis interventions during internships, and coordinating case management services. These roles have deepened her commitment to providing compassionate counseling support.

As Odlene works toward becoming  Social Worker, she is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their experiences and work toward personal growth. Fluent in Haitian Creole and English, Odlene is passionate about serving diverse communities and ensuring access to culturally responsive mental health care. Her goal is to empower clients through counseling, advocacy, and strengths-based interventions that promote healing and resilience.
