Tracy Louima, MSW

Tracy received her Master’s in Social Work from Barry University. She has six years’ experience as a Dependency Case-Manager and four years in Early childhood development. She is a passionate social worker that enjoys working with individuals to help find creative solutions. Tracy has experience with goal setting with families to assist with building family perseverance and life planning. She is committed to using a centered approach which helps promote independence and well-being for her clients. Tracy uses Motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to effectively guide her client’s in making the best decisions for themselves.
