Insurance

We provided for patients carrying a number of different insurance plans the chance to receive our services. We accept insurance plans from most of the major providers, and try to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to providing our services. Please note that this list may vary per insurance health plans may change, new insurance health plans may be added and/or no longer accepted. Contact us for insurance verification and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment directly on my site via this page.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
