Brie Forde, MHC
Brie Forde (they/she) is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern who specializes in children, adolescents, young adults, and adults facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, stress management skills, and emotional regulation through art, play, and sand tray therapy techniques. They earned their Bachelor’s Degree at Southeastern University in 2021 and a dual Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling in 2025. Their therapeutic approach is rooted in client-centered therapy, somatic therapy, CBT, holistic therapy, and family systems therapy.
Brie has experience working in mental health across various communities, schools, and private practice settings. They are deeply committed to fostering a therapeutic environment grounded in empathy, authenticity, and trust, where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. Brie believes that healing begins with a genuine connection and works collaboratively with clients to honor their unique experiences, strengths, and identities.
They are currently pursuing certification in Children’s Mental Health and Eco-Therapy and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, striving to create inclusive, affirming spaces that support clients in exploring and embracing their full selves.
