She is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges while fostering emotional wellness, personal growth, and resilience. Rose believes that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted in a safe and supportive environment.
Rose utilizes a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, incorporating evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, suicidal thoughts, and other emotional and behavioral challenges.
Rose understands that life’s pressures can sometimes feel overwhelming, making it difficult for individuals to embrace their authentic selves. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes compassion, empathy, and building genuine connections with clients. She strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel empowered to express themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, overcome obstacles, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of her clinical work, Rose is actively involved in community outreach and volunteer initiatives supporting suicide prevention, ALS awareness, breast cancer awareness, and overall community wellness. She also enjoys mentoring and volunteering with young adults. Her dedication to service reflects her passion for empowering others, strengthening communities, and making a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families.
