Vianca Monroe, MHC
 
 Vianca Monroe, MS, is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern committed to helping individuals, couples, and families achieve healing, connection, and personal growth. With over a decade of experience serving diverse communities through her work with various non-profit organizations, Vianca brings a deep understanding of the challenges that youth and families face in today’s world.
Her journey in mental health began at Florida International University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree, followed by a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Carlos Albizu University. Vianca utilizes an eclectic, client-centered therapeutic approach, integrating techniques from Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to meet each client’s unique needs.
Grounded in empathy and authenticity, Vianca’s mission is to empower her clients to embrace progress over perfection. She believes therapy is not about becoming “perfect,” but about discovering and growing into the best version of yourself.
